For New York cases, we will need to collect the original diploma in order to proceed with the apostille process.

For Texas cases, you will receive an email from our office asking you to call the assigned agent on your file.

Please have your original diploma in your possession. The notary agent will need to verify that you hold the original during an online notarization appointment. This is required by the State of Texas before the apostille process can begin.

For Rhode Island, there are two options:

(1) Mail us your original diploma, as the Rhode Island Secretary of State requires the original to create a true copy for the apostille.

(2) Obtain a notarized copy of your diploma from your school registrar’s office. Some schools may still require the original diploma for this process.

For Florida, documents must be obtained directly from the school registrar’s office. The original diploma must be brought to the university so they can issue the required notarized documents.

If a transcript is being apostilled, it must be issued in a sealed envelope by the registrar.

For Florida, this is the only option — the process must go through the registrar’s office, and both the original diploma and sealed transcript are required.
